6.64 miles at the Boulder FlatIrons XC Course. Easy jog. Ate a big breakfast. We picked up Conner's packet and then went to check out the course. Decided to do our run (it was about 10:30). Jogged 5 times around the course. Too much food in the morning. Saw a lot of pros jogging the course. From Ryan Hall to others.
When we went back to the motel, stomach felt a little better. Ran 3.5 more on the treadmill. Felt good. Great weather.
